Your trek begins at Lukla Hillary Airport, the most exciting and 1st impression of an adventure. After the lovely flight, you will gently follow the Dudh Koshi Valley which leads to the Stylish market NamcheBazaar. The route has unlimited teahouses. Going to the trail there is the most common layover place on the first day Phakding and Monjo, after that, you will check in to the Sagarmatha National Park, Jorsale checkpoint is the first entry point where permits are checked.
Best Season to travel Everest Base Camp
Nepal is one of the best trekking destinations but before you plan to trek in Everest Base camp you must research the basic information of weather in that area. So, that you can prepare yourself best in any type of situation by packing your clothing and gear according to the weather and condition of the trekking region.
Spring Season
March to May the day will be longer and the season offers stable temperature. So, this season trekking to the high altitude will be more relax and attractive. May is considered as the warmest month, the day temperature will be 16 degrees to 23 degrees, and above 4000m the temperature will drop to -15 degrees in the morning and evening. The monsoon shower invites the cool weather and beautiful nature to alive. The lower region will be warm and the temperature above 4000m will be moderate. This season the trail will be busy and crowded by the fellow trekkers and the tea house is at their bursting to charge. It is always better to pre-book the room; instant booking may not be available. Not only Everest Base Camp, but almost all popular trekking regions are also suitable for trekking.

Autumn Season
The Autumn seasons in Nepal starts from September to November. This season is also considered as the best season to trek in Everest Base Camp. The trail will be once busy and crowded. Most trekkers prefer this season as the best time to trek in Nepal.
The temperature is stable and offers the best hiking experience. The temperature will be warm and hot even at the high altitude above 3000 meters, 15 degrees to a 24-degree temperature range from upper hill to lower mountain, and -10 degree in the morning and at night above 4000 meters. This season the trek will be enjoyable and offer a stunning view of the mountain from every angle. The fall season is considered the peak season. This means trekking trails are busy and crowded during this time. The price will be hike as well, most of the tea house will be full so, it is better to pre-book the room.

Winter season
December is considered as the winter season in Nepal, January is the coldest month in the higher altitude. The days will be short and the trail will be covered with thick snow. The extreme change in weather can bring so many difficulties in various sections. So, this season is not the best time to trek at higher altitudes.
The temperature ranges from -20 degrees to -30 degrees at night. The mountain vistas will be covered with thick glaciers well it offers the best view with high risk. The trekking trail will be isolated only a few trekkers make their way to Everest base camp. the tea house will be closed, people from the high altitude will shift to the lower altitude. However, it is the best time to trek in the lower region of Nepal, like the short Annapurna Region trek.

Summer season
June, July and August are the months of summer and monsoon in Nepal. This season the trail will be slippery and muddy due to the frequent rainfall.
This season is not the best time for the enthusiast trekker who wants to explore the trek with stunning views and a stable climate. This season is best for the researcher like botanist or photographer. The perfect time to observe the lush vegetation and flower blossom at a higher altitude. This season the trail will be a wet and high chance of landslide. The bugs and high humid will make it difficult to hike the cliff.

Day 1: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (25min – 4hour – 2610m)
You will rest for the moments after landing at Lukla Hillary Airport. You’ll head straight towards Phakding crossing the suspension bridge and by following the Dudh Koshi River. Theglimpse of Prayer Flag, Mani walls, and Chorten will welcome you within their astonishing beauties.
The first day of your trek will offer you the stunning views of beautiful mountains like Karyolung, Nupla, and Gongla will touch your soul and add extra adventure feelings in your mind.
Overnight at Phakding.
Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3445 m – 6 hours)
Namche Bazaar is the second-day destination. After early morning breakfast, you will head to the most famous town of High altitude.
You will enjoy the exciting view of beautiful golden mountains at the sunset time, after the long walk to Namche will get you to achieve something special which is the best healing sunset view over the mountains.
Day 3: Acclimatization day
On this day, we’ll rest to adopt the environment to climb in the higher altitude. You will get time to hike Thame, Khumjung, and Khunde which are very beautiful villages near Namche Bazar. And explore some moments with village local people.

Day 4: Trek to Tengboche (3860m – 5 hours)
The trek will start early at 6 PM. The trail gives you an exciting view of several mountains like Amadablam, Tabuche, Thamserku, Everest, and other peaks. Tengboche Monastery is the oldest and largest monastery in the Khumbu region.

Day 5: Trek to Dingboche (4 hours – 4360m)
On the fifth day of trekking, you will begin your trek with the first incline through the rhododendron forests and then literally steep climb up to Pangboche bypassing through the countless mani stones. You will follow the ascending trail through Shomare and Orsho until you reach to Dingboche. The stunning views of mountains like Amadablam, Lhotse, Taboche, and grazing yak over the slope will be beyond your expectation.

Day 6: Trek to Lobuche (4930m – 5 hours)
On the sixth day of your trekking, as you are gaining the altitude the trail will be more interesting by climbing steep and walking on the grassland area. You will hike through the path of high cliff and cross the suspension bridge to Thukla will lead you to the Lobuche Pass. You will observe the exciting views of the cemetery ground with hundreds of landmark memorials, prayer flags, and Khagan Chorten for those who died in the mountain.

Day 7: Trek to Gorakshep and then to Everest Base Camp (5346m-5160m – 7 hours)
The Seventh-day of your trekking will finally lead you to the Base camp which is the most exciting and proud moment to reach near to the top of the world. After breakfast, you will head towards Gorakshep. Going on the trail is up and down, the view of Khumbu glacier and mountains are breathtaking. You will spend some time on Gorakshep, the highest settlement then you will head to Everest Base camp, the main destination of this trek. After observing some unforgettable moments and views at Everest Base Camp: Mt Everest, Mt Nuptse, Mt Pumori, Mt Khumbu Tse, and Mt Lingtren, you will descent back to Gorakshep.

Day 8: Trek to Kala Patthar and back to Pheriche (5545m-4280m – 7 hours)
Eight days of your trekking, you will hike up to Kala Pattar which is considered as the best viewpoint of Mt Everest. Also, you can enjoy the mesmerizing panoramic mountain view along with Khumbu Glacier. Reaching Kala Patthar is the highest altitude of this trek, and the breathing close up view of Mount Everest from the view-point is truly heart touching and healing. You will descend back to Pheriche via Gorakshep. Another beautiful valley surrounded by the mountains.

Day 9: Trek back to Namche Bazar (6 hours)
Ninth days of your trekking, you will descend back by following the same trail by following the Dudh Koshi river. Descend trail will be quite difficult, so, you will stop at several places for tea. The trail descends bypassing rhododendron forest and suspension bridge.
Overnight at Namche Bazaar
Day 10: Trek back to Lukla (8 hours)
Tenth days of your trekking and the last day of your trekking. you will catch a flight to Kathmandu. Today the descend hike will be pretty long, you can celebrate your achievements at the dream destination Everest Base camp after reaching Lukla.
Day 11: Fly back to Kathmandu
After finishing your trek, once again you will enjoy the most thrilling and scenic flight.
You will transfer to your hotel after landing in Kathmandu.
